Very attentive and professional, needed to ship a box from Barcelona... over to a business associate in Greece. They handled it fast and efficiently. And the amount charged, was very reasonable. Thanks MBE Barcelona. And it looked like they did alot of specialized shipping for artwork. As something I am very familiar with, and that type of client and service is much more demanding. So I feel comfortable with this shipper!

HIGHLY, HIGHY recommend! Alber and team are phenomenal! Seamless coordination of the logistics of the shipping of our extra bags from our hotel in Barcelona to our hotel in Santiago de Compostela. (As part of our trip to Spain, after our time in Barcelona we walked the Camino Ingles of the Camino de Santiago and didn't want to carry EVERYTHING with us.) With Alber and team - what would have been a complicated, hassle with other providers (that was quite frankly, stressing me out) - was instead, a smooth, reasonably priced experience! When I was freaking out about our "other" options, our hotel (Hotel Rialto) recommended them and I am so, so grateful! Moreover, I speak Spanish, but "telephone Spanish" can be hard and they even spoke directly with both our Barcelona hotel and our Santiago de Compostela hotel to make sure everything went smoothly. Tracking and follow up was excellent, as well!

Couldn't be happier with the service of this company. They, in collaboration with The Best Western Hotel Dante, assisted with delivering an item back to me that I had misplaced while on vacation in Barcelona and delivered this item to me sooner than later. During a wonderful stay in Barcelona in a beautiful city I encountered an unfortunate is that all my papers were stolen from me, including quite a bit of cash. It was devastating and caused me enough. A lot of issues coming back home to the United States however, thanks to the wonderful Barcelona policeman who was so sympathetic and so helpful my documents were found and were returned to me. All I can say is the Barcelona Police does the best they can with their situation and they certainly deserve accolades. Thank you so very much. What a relief to have received my documents in a fast and helpful manner.
