We accidentally left some clothing items behind at our Barcelona Hotel. The Hotel said that MBE, if we agreed, would pick up, package and ship our clothing to another hotel we were going be be staying at on the Easter weekend. If they hadn’t successfully met the deadline we would have been heading back to Vancouver on the west coast of Canada. MBE was super and expedited the pick up and our clothes were shipped from Barcelona to Girona and got there the day before we did. The price was very reasonable and we are very appreciative of their efforts. Wonderful team! We were very pleased and impressed.

Mail Boxes Etc. really helped me out when I left some items at my hotel. I was on a trip overseas, and forgot my items when I left them in the closet. They worked with me to get my items quickly. The process was very smooth, and they were very patient with me, and answered all my questions. Mail Boxes Etc. me ayudó mucho cuando se me olvidaron unos artículos en el armario de mi hotel, Trabajaron conmigo para enviármelos muy rápidmente. El proceso fue muy fácil.
