I cannot say enough accolades about the excellent service I received at Mail Boxes Etc. on Calle de Mariano Barbasán, in Zaragoza. They were extremely helpful, service oriented, efficient and effective. I used their parcel shipping service to send a parcel to the United States. The woman that helped me, Irene, was extremely kind, patient, professional and efficient. (I wrote down her name because I wanted to remember her in my review.) I first went in to inquire about the service. I told her I was learning Spanish and spoke very little. She asked if I wanted to speak in Spanish or English. If you know, you know how wonderfully generous that was of her. I opted to speak in English because I didn't want to take up too much time by stumbling and bumbling to communicate my needs in Spanish. We were able to communicate with no difficulty in English. She told me everything Mail Boxes Etc. offered relative to my inquiry. She gave me great advice regarding the timing of sending my package; we were coming upon a local two day holiday. I returned to the business the same day. Though, later than I planned; it was close to closing time. She remembered me and went to work right away patiently helping me decifer somewhat ambiguous mailing instructions from the recipient. I felt like getting my package to the US on time was as important to her as it was to me. She made me feel welcome and comfortable like I was important to her as well. She pointed out a part of the address information that would have caused delay; she entered the correct information and reprinted the label. She double checked to confirm we had all the right information in the right places on the label and it was ready to mail. She explained to me the process the package would go through and that the time of delivery was typically, 2 or 3 days. However, based on recent events in the world, she told me there may be a slight delay. She reassured me, without promising me, that the package would most likely get to the recipient in plenty of time before the deadline. And it did! Despite a delay at one of the touch points before leaving Spain. It arrived at the destination in the US yesterday morning within 4 days, not including holidays and weekends. This Mail Boxes, Etc offers excellent, professional and efficient delivery service and customer service! I highly recommend Mail Boxes, Etc if you have a package to be delivered to the USA or anywhere they deliver! Thank you Irene!

Excelente. El envío a Francia se recibió con una rapidez que no es habitual por otros medios. En 48 horas en Paris, perfectamente embalado por ellos.Es el tercero que realizo en este centro, donde siempre encuentro asesoramiento, amabilidad y profesionalidad. Además, te facilitan el embalaje, con lo que simplemente acudí con las cosas que quería enviar. Absolutamente recomendable.

Excelente. Quise enviar un ordenador de torre con monitor aparte desde Zaragoza hasta Alemania y lo hicieron de maravilla. El embalaje fue muy bueno y llegó sin problemas. Muy contento, sin duda fiables.

Esta compañía es buenísima y se la recomiendo a todo el mundo. En estos momentos estoy en el proceso de mudanzas de vuelta a los Estados Unidos. Los que llevan esta empresa me están haciendo la vida muchísimo más fácil. Se han ocupado de prácticamente todo el proceso (apuntar cosas, aduanas, etc.) y hasta han embalado todos los paquetes enfrente de mi. Todos los paquetes que he mandado hasta ahora han llegado bien a su destino sin ningún problema y sin ningún retraso. Le recomiendo a todo el mundo que necesite mandar cualquier cosa a otro país que utilize los servicios de Mail Boxes Etc.
